Registration fees
Registration fees for participants include:
- access to all sessions
- hotel accommodation (Budget-Hotel Beatenberg) from Sunday, April 10th (evening) through Friday, April 15th (morning), 2011
- tea and coffee breaks, lunches and dinners from Sunday, April 10th (evening) through Friday, April 15th (morning)
- the mid-meeting excursion
- the welcome reception
- a farewell dinner
- the Book of Abstracts
The registration fees do not include the post conference field trip (one or two days — price and programme not known yet) that will be paid at the beginning of the conference.
Proceedings:
We are currently discussing the printing costs of the Proceedings book with different publishers. We do hope that we will be able to offer the Proceedings free to all delegates of the 5th IOTM.

Four categories are available for your accommodation:
- Category A: Single room with shower and toilet
- Category B: Double room occupancy in room with shower and toilet
- Category C: Double room occupancy in room with wash basin (shower and toilet on the same floor)

N.B.- The choice for a specific room category depends on the availability. The earlier you register, the more chance you have to get the room type you wish.
Refunds/cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail) not later than March 1, 2011 for a refund less CHF 100.- processing fee.

Pro forma invoice
If you require a pro forma invoice, please send us an e-mail giving us following information: your first name and family name, your address, the name and address of the institution concerned. The pro forma invoice will be sent to you via e-mail as an electronically signed pdf-file.
Receipts
After receipt of your payment, we will confirm your registration via e-mail. An offical receipt will be handed over to you at the Meeting.
Special requirements:
Please let us know per e-mail if you would require a certain diet (vegetarian, etc.). We will do our best to meet your requirements.
